Commissions are for personal use ONLY.I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
Payment is taken in 2 parts, 1/2 upfront, and 1/2 when the commission is completed.You are allowed to cancel the commission at any time, however I will not issue a refund for the initial upfront payment if work has begun. Payment is done through paypal, although I will work with you on alternate payment methods if are homies!I will notify you as soon as I start your commission and will update you through the process. Please let me know when you want changes at the earlier stages! I may not be able to make the changes you want once the piece is completed. Most commissions take me anywhere from 1-3 weeks, depending on workload and personal life, and I may work on personal art while I'm working on your commission.I am allowed to post the commission online to my social medias or portfolio unless discussed otherwise.You, the commissioner, may upload/repost the commission as long as you credit me for the piece.
I do not allow editing, tracing, copying, or modifying any of my artworks in any circumstance without my prior consent.You are allowed to print or turn the commission into personal merch for yourself (not to sell). And please don't feed my work into generative AI.
All of my works are digital art and nothing physical is ever intended by me or the client to be physically shipped to them, and I am never required to physically ship anything unless it was previously discussed.My artwork is not to be used to train generative AI. My artwork is for personal use only.
